What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of two engineers, fostering their growth and a collaborative culture.
- Collaborate with Care Operations, Product, and Engineering to align technical strategy with company objectives.
- Design and implement clean, maintainable, and scalable automation and integration solutions within the SaaS ecosystem (Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, Mayday).
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, championing engineering best practices.
- Stay hands-on with architecting solutions, coding workflows, and problem-solving alongside your team.
Requirements
- Passion for developing people and balancing team management with hands-on technical work.
- Experience in IT engineering with knowledge of at least one of Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with APIs and monitoring services like Datadog.
- Problem-solving mindset that navigates ambiguity with data and curiosity.
- Clear, effective communication in English (written and verbal).
