Digital Project & Operations Manager Pro

Location: Salzburg or Vienna, Austria; full-time or part-time from 30 hours per week.

Salary: Starting annual gross salary of €42,000 for a full-time position, including holiday and Christmas bonuses. The final salary depends on working hours, qualifications, and experience.

What you will do

• Manage projects across digital branding, UI/UX design, content creation, AI-driven production, motion content, and 3D animation.
• Coordinate strategy, design, implementation, and collaboration with digital project managers across teams.
• Plan resources, timelines, budgets, production activities, and internal operational processes.
• Manage external production partners, including requesting quotes and coordinating delivery.
• Monitor quality standards and prepare documents, quotes, budgets, and presentations for client meetings, reviews, and pitches.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a digital environment, ideally in an agency, project management, content management, or production management.
• Experience with resource and time management and the organization of complex projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate teams, customers, and clients.
• Understanding of creative and design processes, including design, motion, and content production.
• Confident use of project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and Miro.
• Basic technical understanding of digital platforms, file structures, production processes, and AI-driven workflows.
