What you will do

• Manage projects in digital branding, UI/UX design, content creation, AI-driven production, motion content, and 3D animation.
• Coordinate between strategy, design, and implementation teams across locations.
• Plan and organise operational tasks, resource allocation, and production schedules.
• Ensure quality standards and prepare internal and external presentations.
• Oversee project schedules, controlling, and budget management.
• Manage external production partners and prepare client-facing documents.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Salzburg or able to work onsite.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in digital project or content management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and Miro.
• Basic technical understanding of digital platforms and production processes.
• Customer focus and ability to manage priorities, quality, and timing.
