What you will do

  • Act as main enablement contact for Europe and MENA revenue teams and leadership
  • Collaborate with global enablement and GTM stakeholders to deliver onboarding and training
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions tailored to local needs
  • Support field teams with deal reviews, pipeline strategy, and skill-based workshops
  • Lead training content creation addressing market-specific needs
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve enablement programs

Requirements

  • Based in Dublin, Ireland
  • 5+ years experience in sales or customer success enablement or leadership roles
  • Experience working across multiple international markets
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and revenue tech stack
  • Project management and strategic thinking abilities
