- Act as main enablement contact for Europe and MENA revenue teams and leadership
- Collaborate with global enablement and GTM stakeholders to deliver onboarding and training
- Facilitate onboarding sessions tailored to local needs
- Support field teams with deal reviews, pipeline strategy, and skill-based workshops
- Lead training content creation addressing market-specific needs
- Analyze performance metrics to improve enablement programs
Requirements
- Based in Dublin, Ireland
- 5+ years experience in sales or customer success enablement or leadership roles
- Experience working across multiple international markets
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills
- Understanding of sales methodologies and revenue tech stack
- Project management and strategic thinking abilities
