What you will do
- Proactively engage with existing clients to promote and sell tailored packages that align with their business goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how our packages provide value.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work closely with Grow, Marketing, and Product teams to identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Phorest's product offerings, including software features, packages, and value propositions.
- Accurately document all sales activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven success in upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Gainsight) preferred.
