What you will do

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive advocacy, upsell, and retention.
  • Create and activate customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and press releases.
  • Plan and organize customer webinars and events to showcase successful partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Build programs to capture customer feedback and leverage success metrics.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to measure impact and refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or near Munich with hybrid work model and remote within the EU
  • 7+ years experience in B2B customer marketing or advocacy, ideally in SaaS or tech sectors.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Languages: Native-level German and business-fluent English (C1/C2) required
