What you will do
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive advocacy, upsell, and retention.
- Create and activate customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and press releases.
- Plan and organize customer webinars and events to showcase successful partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts.
- Build programs to capture customer feedback and leverage success metrics.
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure impact and refine strategies.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or near Munich with hybrid work model and remote within the EU
- 7+ years experience in B2B customer marketing or advocacy, ideally in SaaS or tech sectors.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Languages: Native-level German and business-fluent English (C1/C2) required
