What you will do
- Develop and lead field marketing strategies for France and other assigned markets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Plan and execute high-impact activities, such as executive events, trade shows, VIP experiences, and digital programs.
- Partner closely with sales and broader marketing teams for seamless execution.
- Manage budgets responsibly, ensuring cost-efficient program delivery with measurable ROI.
- Analyze program results, generate actionable insights, and optimize activities based on data.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiations, and all logistics for field marketing programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience across France and other European markets, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven success in designing and executing targeted programs and enterprise events that generate meaningful pipeline.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in French and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com and Cvent is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing practices.
