What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies.
• Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and partners for best-in-class creative execution.
• Collaborate with the media agency on planning and coordination of cross-channel brand media.
• Work closely with other marketing functions on integrated brand campaigns.
• Support the marketplace marketing team with launches and promotions.

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or consumer brands.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Foundational understanding of online and offline marketing with interest in developing media planning and brand marketing skills.
• Initial experience collaborating with creative agencies and an eye for strong visual and verbal communication.
• Work collaboratively, have a proactive “can-do” approach, and are motivated to grow.
• Fluent in German (C1 level) and English.
