What you will do
- Own and scale new customer acquisition channels including TV, email, and emerging paid platforms
- Manage performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, payback period, and funnel conversion
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on analytics
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Data, and Country Managers
- Align channel tests and investments with Marketing Leadership's strategic priorities
Requirements
- Location: Ideally based in Berlin/Brandenburg area for hybrid work
- 3-5 years experience in performance or growth marketing in scale-up or digital-first company
- Strong analytical skills and experience with growth metrics (CAC, CVR, LTV)
- Business fluent English; German is nice to have
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Growth mindset and data-driven decision making
