What you will do

  • Develop and deliver regional marketing plans aligned with sales goals for DACH, Benelux, and Nordics.
  • Execute targeted, account-based, and vertical-specific campaigns to generate qualified pipeline and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage participation in industry events, customer roundtables, and executive programs including ROI analysis.
  • Localize global campaigns and leverage data insights for regional audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to ensure lead follow-up and campaign transparency.
  • Plan and oversee Marketing Development Fund (MDF) spend and partner enablement activities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely from Germany
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, SaaS, or cloud communications.
  • Proven experience in field and/or partner marketing within DACH and neighboring regions.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, and event marketing.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Analytical skills with experience managing budgets and measuring ROI.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Dutch or Nordic languages.
