What you will do
- Identify and research potential client companies (primarily game developers in North America and Europe).
- Add and qualify new points of contact weekly, managing cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Reactivate dormant accounts by identifying strategic value and crafting opportunity summaries.
- Maintain a clean and organized CRM with up-to-date notes and lead statuses.
- Support the Business Development team with conference preparation, prospecting, and scheduling.
- Track industry trends and provide daily and weekly status reports to leadership.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a producer or art producer at a game studio or outsourcing company.
- A strong understanding of game development pipelines and co-dev workflows.
- Excellent written and spoken English with crisp, professional communication.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage details, and consistently follow through.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM platforms.
