What you will do

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach.
  • Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns including email and LinkedIn messages.
  • Write clear, native-level English messages that drive engagement and trust.
  • Track, measure, and improve conversion rates across funnel stages.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and visibility in Pipedrive.
  • Collaborate with acquisition and marketing teams to align on lead quality and messaging.

Requirements

  • Native-level written English required.
  • 3+ years experience in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound sales targeting mobile app developers or digital product founders.
  • Proven ability to write engaging, conversion-driven outreach messages.
  • Experience managing pipelines and reporting in Pipedrive.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Experience engaging app developers or founders.
  • Familiarity with the mobile app or SaaS ecosystem.
