Location: San Francisco HQ, onsite five days a week

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the Data Success team to deliver actionable insights and guide customers.
  • Oversee customer support operations ensuring timely and proactive responses.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize support KPIs like response time and CSAT.
  • Build scalable processes balancing quality analysis with efficiency.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer insights and influence platform development.
  • Develop playbooks and frameworks to scale team impact and act as escalation point for complex challenges.

Requirements

  • Must be based in San Francisco and work onsite five days a week.
  • 7+ years leading Data Analysts or related functions, including 3+ years in leadership.
  • Proven Data Analyst background with ability to guide others using no-code data platforms.
  • Experience managing and scaling data or customer support teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and customer empathy.
