What you will do

• Create and own AI/ML product metrics and data models to track adoption, engagement, and model performance.
• Gather, clean, and validate datasets to identify trends and insights informing the AI roadmap.
• Support experimentation design and analysis including A/B testing and KPI alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business and AI questions into analytical requirements.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences ensuring clarity and actionability.
• Lead analytical efforts autonomously and contribute to data governance and best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Lindon, Utah, USA
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• 3+ years in data analytics or related roles with strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience supporting AI/ML teams with model evaluation and experiment tracking.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
