What you will do

• Engage with product and engineering teams to define analytics requirements and metrics
• Build robust, executive-facing dashboards supporting key business decisions
• Design, build, and maintain scalable dbt and Looker data models for analytics and reporting
• Analyze large datasets using data modeling and statistical techniques to identify trends and insights
• Develop and manage the data analytics platform Looker

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
• Familiarity with ETL processes, infrastructure components, and reporting environments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage fast-paced projects independently
• Effective communication skills for presenting analysis and influencing decision-making

Nice to have

• Experience with Hex, Jupyter, or reproducible notebook platforms
• Experience using dbt, Airflow, or modern ELT/ETL workflows
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and modeling
• Experience establishing modeling standards, testing frameworks, or CI/CD workflows for analytics code
