What you will do

• Identify and optimize bottlenecks within the design lifecycle, standardizing processes and templates.
• Partner with Design Leadership on project prioritization, capacity tracking, and resourcing strategies.
• Establish and govern knowledge management for design processes and collaboration models.
• Define best practices for core design technology (Figma) and evaluate emerging tools, including AI-powered solutions.
• Plan and facilitate key design team rituals and manage internal/external communications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding for new design, research, and content team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Design Operations, Program Management, or a similar operational role supporting a large UX or Product organization.
• Proven expertise in mapping, optimizing, and scaling complex design workflows.
• Deep working familiarity with modern design technology, especially Figma.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to drive process adoption and influence stakeholders.
• Meticulous organizational skills for managing complex schedules in a distributed/hybrid team.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools that streamline design processes.
