What you will do

• Execute and scale review processes for integrations ensuring security, functionality, and user safety
• Conduct hands-on testing and validation of integration submissions
• Develop and maintain automated QA frameworks to increase review capacity
• Manage operational processes for high-volume submissions while maintaining quality
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Safeguards teams on integration reviews and escalations
• Establish review metrics and reporting to track ecosystem health and quality

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years experience in QA, marketplace operations, or trust & safety
• Technical familiarity with APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, bearer tokens), and integration testing
• Experience with software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
• Proven ability to scale operations through process design and automation
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration in complex environments

Nice to have

• Experience with developer platforms, app stores, or marketplace operations
• Familiarity with security review processes or vulnerability assessment
