What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of solutions engineers.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for territory/segment customers.
- Drive pre-sales technical discovery, custom demos, use case workshops, and pilots.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify expansion opportunities within customer bases.
- Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to prioritize product enhancements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Singapore or work remotely from Singapore.
- 5-7 years of sales engineering experience with proven leadership and talent development skills.
- Strong technical background in cloud architecture, security, networking, and API integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proactive, highly organized, and data-driven mindset.
Nice to have
- Startup experience and a "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude.
- Experience with audit frameworks and information security.
