What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global team of CI/CD and Observability engineers, fostering AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Drive migration from legacy platforms to cloud-native solutions ensuring reliability and cost efficiency.
• Implement AI tools for log analysis, incident management, and infrastructure automation.
• Architect and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, and multi-cloud platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SRE, Product, and Cloud teams to enhance developer experience.
• Deliver strategic projects with direct business impact under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Dublin, Madrid, Prague, Valencia, or Warsaw
• 5+ years leading infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE teams in dynamic environments.
• Expertise in cloud-native platforms, observability, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD tooling.
• Proven experience operationalizing AI tools in engineering workflows.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with global and C-level teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP migration projects and AWS-to-GCP consolidation.
• Track record automating log analysis or incident management using AI.
• Experience managing large-scale distributed cloud workloads and hybrid teams.
