What you will do

• Lead engineering deliverables with strong technical leadership and hands-on involvement in architecture and code reviews.
• Create and execute detailed engineering plans, processes, and timelines ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of deliverables including development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align priorities and communicate engineering progress.
• Hire, onboard, mentor, and retain engineering talent to build a high-performing team.
• Foster a resilient and innovative engineering culture focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Redwood City, CA, United States
• Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in leadership, building enterprise SaaS products
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, JIRA, and software delivery processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing fully distributed teams and driving engineering culture.

Nice to have

• Experience in Security or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Startup experience scaling engineering teams.
• Ability to lead research and development initiatives and deliver engineering presentations.
