What you will do

  • Lead and scale a global demand generation team focused on new customer acquisition and revenue expansion
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with sales and revenue goals
  • Design integrated multi-channel campaigns targeting SMB security buyers and channel partners
  • Implement data-driven marketing analytics and optimize campaign performance and ROI
  • Identify and integrate new marketing technologies to enhance demand generation capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, channel partners, and product marketing teams

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid in Morrisville, North Carolina or Ottawa, Canada
  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with 5+ years in leadership managing teams of 10+
  • Proven success in channel partner marketing and co-marketing program development
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing ROI and data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives
  • Technical project management experience and ability to scale programs efficiently

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity industry experience and understanding of security buyer personas
  • Full-funnel marketing expertise including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social, and events
  • Experience with MSP business models and channel sales dynamics
  • Marketing technology stack experience including Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM tools
  • Experience with security-focused events and community engagement
  • Track record of success at high-growth startups or rapid scaling companies
