What you will do

• Build scalable program toolkits and execution guides from global campaign strategies
• Localize and package campaign elements for regional marketing teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product marketing, content, digital, and sales
• Manage program development, documentation, and reporting dashboards
• Support multi-channel program activation across digital, email, webinars, and sales plays
• Deliver program adoption insights and continuous improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Austin, TX or be willing to relocate
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience with program or campaign management
• Strong organizational and communication skills with stakeholder management
• Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, or Jira
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment
• English proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud, networking, or cybersecurity marketing
• Familiarity with technical buyer personas (IT, security, networking teams)
• Experience supporting global or regional marketing teams
• Understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies
