What you will do

• Own and lead full design cycles for features or a product area, contributing to effective solutions.
• Translate requirements and ideas into clear, usable product features and refine solutions with the team.
• Proactively explore and integrate AI and emerging technologies into the design approach.
• Design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces that are simple, elegant, and user-friendly, ensuring consistency through design systems.
• Use research and data insights to inform design decisions, collaborating with product managers and engineers to balance usability with business goals.
• Contribute to the long-term product vision by identifying opportunities for re-invention and innovation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Foundational design-related education (e.g., Bachelor of Design, Visual Arts) or equivalent practical industry experience demonstrating a strong design mindset.
• Clear communication skills to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively.
• Solid visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity to learn and adopt new tools, including how AI can enhance user experience and design processes.
• Experience designing interconnected, cross-platform experiences (mobile, touch, desktop).
• Demonstrated experience applying, evolving, and contributing to a design system, with knowledge of mobile-first frameworks (e.g., React Native).
• Understanding and ability to consider product strategy and vision.
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Google Suite, and JIRA.
• Fluency in written and spoken English for effective global collaboration.
