What you will do

• Collaborate with fellow designers, product managers, and engineers to shape user-centered solutions for the Serve platform.
• Contribute to ideation sessions, workshops, and early concept development.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible experiences.
• Lead prototyping and user testing efforts to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
• Champion a research-informed design process and actively use and evolve the design system.
• Mentor junior designers and inform product strategy through design thinking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric work.
• Skilled in Figma; open to candidates with transferable experience from Sketch or similar tools.
• Strong ability to think strategically and translate business goals and user research into compelling design solutions.
• Deep familiarity with designing for consumer-facing products and integrating advanced analytics.
• Proven ability to design for accessibility at scale (ADA, WCAG, Section 508) and orchestrate cross-platform consistency.
• Comfort adapting to rapid iteration cycles and agile environments.

• Experience in SaaS B2B environments.
