What you will do

• Identify and define product problems proactively using user-centered design principles and industry trends.
• Create visually compelling, intuitive interfaces and interactive prototypes with high visual fidelity.
• Manage and evolve the hirify.global design system ensuring consistency across product interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on user fehirify.globalack and data.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams and provide constructive fehirify.globalack in design critiques.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this 100% remote role.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of complex applications.
• Expertise in Figma or similar tools producing high-fidelity, pixel-perfect work.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate design and prototype validation.
• Proven ability to manage and contribute to design systems.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
