What you will do

• Own the full UX for analytics features, including creator dashboards, funnels, and performance insights.
• Design end-to-end insight journeys that guide users from understanding data to taking action.
• Define interaction patterns for data-dense UI such as charts, tables, filters, and segments.
• Translate growth problems into data-informed design solutions to improve activation, retention, and monetization.
• Design interfaces that enhance user understanding of metrics and support varying levels of data literacy.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with significant work on data-rich products, analytics tools, dashboards, or reporting interfaces.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex data experiences and their business or user impact.
• Mastery of information design, complex interaction patterns, and data visualization principles.
• High data fluency and comfort collaborating with data analysts and data science teams.
• Experience designing experiments, interpreting results, and making iterative improvements to analytics experiences.
• Strong systems thinking with experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
• Advanced skills in Figma, rapid prototyping, and working with realistic data in prototypes.

Nice to have

• Background in creator tools, growth analytics, BI tools, or experimentation platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-generated insights or anomaly detection patterns.
