What you will do

  • Lead full design cycles for product features, translating requirements into clear, usable designs.
  • Design holistic systems and interfaces with a focus on consistency and micro-interactions.
  • Use research and data insights to inform user-centric design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate AI and emerging technologies into design approaches.
  • Contribute to long-term product vision and innovation.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany
  • At least 4 years of practical product UX/UI design experience.
  • Foundational design education or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cross-platform design including mobile and desktop.
  • Fluency in English; German skills are a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with mobile-first frameworks like React Native.
  • Curiosity and experience integrating AI into design processes.
