Salary: $110,000-$140,000 base salary

What you will do

• Lead Salesforce implementations from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
• Take ownership of implementation tasks from setup to successful delivery and validation.
• Build and enhance Salesforce using declarative tools (Custom Fields, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes).
• Integrate Salesforce with other business systems using APIs and data migration tools like Workato.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Admin (objects/fields, flows/workflows, approval processes, user management).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Adaptability and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant Certification (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, Triggers).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs or data migration tools.
• Experience with AI technologies and business process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
