What you will do

• Collaborate with sales leadership, business analysts, and IT teams to understand sales processes and requirements.
• Design and architect Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet specific requirements, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Salesforce administrators and developers.
• Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, tools, and AppExchange applications.
• Contribute to the development of hirify.global's Salesforce strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in a Salesforce administration or development role.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I).
• Experience working in the energy or sustainability industry.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
