Salary: $105,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Understand the client’s mission, vision, and business value.
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design, develop, and guide advanced technical software solutions.
• Partner with the Scrum Master to manage the solution team and coordinate Agile development.
• Lead, mentor, and coach junior team members to help them become better engineers.
• Act as the final quality check for all team deliverables, including PRs, test automation, and documentation.
• Design, implement, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Five+ years experience in a Salesforce environment.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
