What you will do

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and approval workflows
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Accounting, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and security controls
  • Build and maintain system integrations using Workato or similar platforms
  • Perform system and data audits, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Document workflows, business requirements, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence expected 3 days per week in San Francisco, CA
  • English: B2 level or higher (posting in English)
  • 8+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud
  • 4+ years deep Salesforce CPQ expertise
  • Experience with CLM solutions (Conga preferred) and integration platforms (Workato preferred)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and change management skills
