What you will do

  • Define and execute growth strategy to increase app downloads and active usage aligned with digital objectives.
  • Develop and manage roadmap of acquisition, activation, and engagement initiatives prioritizing impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns and optimized user journeys.
  • Use data, research, and A/B testing to identify barriers and improve conversion rates.
  • Shape compelling value propositions and incentives to encourage app engagement.
  • Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior stakeholders, ensuring governance and compliance.
  • Lead and coach a Product Owner, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Edinburgh, UK
  • English: B2 level or higher (job posted in English)
  • Proven senior product ownership experience in digital growth, preferably mobile app acquisition or engagement.
  • Strong strategic influence and ability to align multiple business areas and senior leaders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with deep understanding of user behavior and data-driven decision making.
  • Leadership skills with experience coaching product teams and fostering innovation.
