What you will do
- Define and execute growth strategy to increase app downloads and active usage aligned with digital objectives.
- Develop and manage roadmap of acquisition, activation, and engagement initiatives prioritizing impact and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns and optimized user journeys.
- Use data, research, and A/B testing to identify barriers and improve conversion rates.
- Shape compelling value propositions and incentives to encourage app engagement.
- Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior stakeholders, ensuring governance and compliance.
- Lead and coach a Product Owner, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Edinburgh, UK
- English: B2 level or higher (job posted in English)
- Proven senior product ownership experience in digital growth, preferably mobile app acquisition or engagement.
- Strong strategic influence and ability to align multiple business areas and senior leaders.
- Customer-centric mindset with deep understanding of user behavior and data-driven decision making.
- Leadership skills with experience coaching product teams and fostering innovation.
