Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (or $188,000 – $304,200 for specific locations)

hirify.global’s CoreAI organization designs and operates the central AI data platform for acquiring, curating, synthesizing, and governing data that powers advanced language and multimodal models.

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, development, and roadmap for hirify.global’s cross-company AI data platform.
• Lead the full data lifecycle management, including acquisition, curation, synthesis, and governance.
• Drive automation for dataset ingestion, registration, validation, PII curation, discovery, and sharing.
• Strengthen security, manage capacity and entitlements, and integrate with governance and compliance services.
• Collaborate deeply with engineering, research, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Implement feedback loops to improve data quality and model performance, leveraging human-in-the-loop workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet hirify.global, customer, and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML data pipelines—pre-training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Track record of leading cross-functional efforts at scale in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience in product management for large-scale data or AI platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure (or similar cloud) services.
• Startup founder/early-stage experience.
• Experience with automation, data pipelines, and human-in-the-loop systems.
