What you will do

• Create exceptional designs for marketing campaigns, digital content, email, social media, print materials, and other creative assets.
• Collaborate on initiatives to refresh and elevate brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and other departments to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Bring fresh ideas to shape creative direction and refine design processes.
• Organize and maintain a centralized repository of brand assets, templates, and guidelines.
• Incorporate AI appropriately into design workflows and respond constructively to feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with presence in Leicestershire or London offices is required; fully remote is not offered.
• Significant experience in creative design (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Experience with video/motion work using After Effects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
