What you will do
- Shape the brand's digital output and manage Mid-weight Digital Designers, collaborating with Art Director and Image and Content Project Manager.
- Lead medium and large-scale design projects from brief through to delivery, contributing to brand image, iconography, and signatures.
- Design global campaign roll-outs for all digital touchpoints: emails, homepages, landing pages for hirify.global.com, social, and third-party channels.
- Create and develop all digital ad formats, taking supplied videos/stills, adding end screens, and formatting for specific platform requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders and team members to ensure final products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Occasionally work with external specialists (animators, illustrators, CGI artists) to create briefs, manage progression, and ensure strong results.
Requirements
- Experience working in agency or in-house with a strong understanding of the luxury and retail sectors.
- Expertise in design with a strength in research, proposing original creative approaches.
- Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe CC & Figma.
- Video editing skills with good knowledge of Premiere and After Effects.
- High degree of understanding of design and design strategy for Social Media.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
