What you will do

• Ensure excellence in design craft and inspire clients with brilliant creative executions.
• Bring creative thinking and engaging ideas to every project.
• Oversee the delivery of complex brand projects.
• Lead and coach teams across all stages of the brand creation process, incorporating AI's impact on branding.
• Proactively build client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s marketing and thought leadership activities.

Requirements

• Degree educated or equivalent.
• An amazing portfolio demonstrating award-winning, world-class branding through visual and graphic design, craft, motion, and typography.
• A keen interest in how AI is rapidly reshaping creative execution.
• Experience in managing and leading teams, inspiring them to deliver excellence and bold thinking.
• Comfortable leading senior clients, presenting to executives, and facilitating workshops.
• Strong feedback skills and the drive to role model these activities.
