What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on labour law and HR-related issues in a solution-oriented manner
• Support employees through onboarding, skills, and career development
• Coach people managers on team organization, performance management, and talent retention
• Design and implement training and development programs for leaders and talents
• Benchmark innovative HR market practices and drive HR process harmonization
• Collaborate closely with international HR team and local works council

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, social sciences, law or comparable with HR focus
• Relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner
• Sound knowledge of individual and collective labour law
• Independent, goal- and result-oriented working style with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and German
