What you will do
- Advise managers and employees on labour law and HR-related issues in a solution-oriented manner
- Support employees through onboarding, skills, and career development
- Coach people managers on team organization, performance management, and talent retention
- Design and implement training and development programs for leaders and talents
- Benchmark innovative HR market practices and drive HR process harmonization
- Collaborate closely with international HR team and local works council
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, social sciences, law or comparable with HR focus
- Relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner
- Sound knowledge of individual and collective labour law
- Independent, goal- and result-oriented working style with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
