What you will do

• Run regular 1:1s with leaders and teams, support through changes and conflicts, and guide new leaders.
• Reinforce culture and working norms, support organizational changes and team restructuring.
• Conduct people data analysis, run eNPS cycles, and design HR process improvements.
• Manage performance review cycles, calibration, and development plans.
• Lead full hiring cycle and onboarding processes.
• Oversee people operations including contracts and payroll data accuracy.

Requirements

• Senior-level HR BP or HR Generalist experience in fast-growing companies
• Confident English for US/LATAM/Brazil collaboration
• Strong managerial maturity and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in high change and uncertainty.
• Flexibility to work across multiple markets simultaneously.
