Location: Office-based in Auckland, New Zealand (4 days in office, 1 day from home)

Salary: Competitive Starting Salary with an uncapped commission structure

What you will do

  • Drive new business opportunities by connecting with decision-makers across various industries.
  • Research prospects, understand their needs, and tailor approaches to introduce international payment and FX solutions.
  • Present, negotiate, and close deals, directly impacting earnings and career progression.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated recent graduate.
  • Desire or experience working in B2B sales or a client-facing environment.
  • Willingness to perform high volume cold calling on a daily basis.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English required.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to hit ambitious targets.
