What you will do

• Own and drive strategy for a major product pillar spanning multiple teams
• Define and execute AI product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to evaluate AI/ML approaches and ensure responsible AI
• Mentor and guide other PMs to elevate product craft and strategic thinking
• Drive key business metrics and understand P&L impact of product decisions
• Represent product externally and lead field enablement initiatives

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of product management experience with 3+ years at Principal/Staff level
• Experience defining AI product strategy and translating AI/ML capabilities into customer value
• Advanced technical fluency and ability to engage in architectural discussions
• Strong executive presence and mentoring experience
• Data-driven with advanced SQL skills and experience managing products at scale
• Location: Remote work allowed only within specified US states

Nice to have

• Experience with customer engagement platforms, marketing automation, or developer platforms
• Track record of building 0-1 products or driving platform transformations
• Strong business acumen in B2B SaaS economics
