Corporate Development Manager

TL;DR

Corporate Development Manager (M&A, Partnerships): Sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities from deal origination to post-merger integration with an accent on M&A strategy, financial evaluation, and transaction execution. Focus on building and maintaining a pipeline of target companies, leading due diligence processes, and designing integration roadmaps.

Location: Hybrid, minimum 3-4 days a week from Eindhoven office. Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.

What you will do

• Continuously map and monitor the European logistics and SaaS landscape to identify attractive M&A and partnership opportunities.
• Lead the preparation of investment cases, financial models, and valuation frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage full due diligence processes and support deal structuring, term sheet negotiations, and transaction documentation.
• Design and drive post-merger integration roadmaps, ensuring synergy capture and financial ROI.
• Contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives such as partnerships, joint ventures, or new market entries.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in corporate development, private equity, or management consulting, with exposure to full deal cycles.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of valuation, transaction structuring, and integration best practices.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven, highly collaborative, with a can-do and ownership mentality.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or tech scale-ups.
• Dutch or other European languages.
