What you will do
- Lead global digital innovation projects from concept through completion, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution.
- Define and drive the AI innovation roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional and AI-focused teams to enhance customer engagement.
- Maximize the capabilities and utilization of Rating & Reviews/UGC solutions across direct-to-consumer channels, enabling social proof campaigns.
- Develop and deploy a global eCommerce omnichannel strategy, driving consistency and fostering deeper partnerships with retail and eTail partners.
- Monitor local rollout and execution of eCommerce strategies across DTC and eTail channels, supporting best practices sharing globally.
- Elevate team capabilities through vendor management, tailored training programs, and coordination of AI adoption across the global commercial organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in eCommerce roles with global or regional scope.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel strategies and scalable online program execution.
- Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships with measurable results.
- Experience with creating global guidelines and best practices.
- Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiations, and project management.
- Deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, platforms, and customer experience optimization strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience with user-generated content strategies and tools like Bazarvoice.
