What you will do

• Develop and implement a tiering strategy for content and user experience across various channels.
• Lead key innovation projects from concept through completion, optimizing performance with data.
• Define and drive the AI innovation roadmap, collaborating on use cases for customer engagement.
• Maximize utilization of Rating & Reviews/UGC solutions and manage vendor relationships.
• Enable local eCommerce excellence execution by monitoring rollouts and sharing best practices globally.
• Elevate team capabilities through training, knowledge sharing, and AI adoption coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience in eCommerce roles with global or regional scope.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel strategies and scalable online program execution.
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships with measurable results.
• Experience with creating global guidelines and best practices.
• Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiations, and project management.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, platforms, and customer experience optimization strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience with user-generated content strategies and tools like Bazarvoice.
