What you will do

• Build full-stack GenAI applications, from React-based UIs to backend logic and API integration.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy working tools to create user value in ambiguous environments.
• Work closely with end users, stakeholders, and ops teams to refine, adapt, and improve functionality.
• Own the delivery of bespoke AI-powered workflows, including orchestration, RAG, and automation.
• Contribute to a growing internal toolkit of reusable UI components, design patterns, and GenAI infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with strong front-end engineering, ideally with strong Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to ship production systems fast, not just polished prototypes.
• Experience working in ambiguous, dynamic environments, startup, scale-up, or consulting.
• Exposure to GenAI systems (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, vector DBs) or a fast learner hungry to dive in.
