Technical Support Engineer

What you will do

• Triage customer tickets via Intercom or email.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across networking, devices, and backend services.
• Assist with customer setup, onboarding, and configuration.
• Reproduce, document, and escalate bugs to the engineering team.
• Develop simple scripts or tools (Python/Bash) to streamline support processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in computer networking (IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, ARP).
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, and API integrations.
• Ability to read and understand API documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in an onsite environment.
