TL;DR

What you will do

  • Interact with diverse customers including enterprises, startups, and SMBs to provide hands-on support and help maximize product usage.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify issues and drive product improvements.
  • Create guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation based on user needs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Technical background to understand and solve product issues, including coding solutions when needed.
  • Proven customer-focused experience delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating ideas, benefits, and feedback to varied audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced early-stage environment.
  • Proactive in using insights from feedback to suggest product enhancements.
