What you will do
- Interact with diverse customers including enterprises, startups, and SMBs to provide hands-on support and help maximize product usage.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify issues and drive product improvements.
- Create guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation based on user needs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Technical background to understand and solve product issues, including coding solutions when needed.
- Proven customer-focused experience delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating ideas, benefits, and feedback to varied audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced early-stage environment.
- Proactive in using insights from feedback to suggest product enhancements.
