What you will do

• Own deep technical escalations and perform rigorous root cause analysis using logs, data, and system-level investigation.
• Support beta testing and pre-release validation to identify platform divergences and pressure-test workflows.
• Detect systemic incidents early and coordinate incident response for Sev1 and Sev2 events.
• Serve as the AI subject-matter expert on platform behavior, accuracy, and anomalous outputs.
• Represent support function in product and engineering discussions to advocate for tooling and platform improvements.
• Drive technical resolution during incidents and mentor specialists across the function.

Requirements

• Location: Must be on-site in Denver, United States
• Experience in technical support or platform specialist roles with strong technical skills.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis using logs, data, and system diagnostics.
• Understanding of LLM and AI system behaviors and failure modes.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to product and customer-facing teams.
• Composure under pressure managing major escalations and cross-functional collaboration.
