TL;DR

Account Manager Benelux (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of customers in the health and fitness industry with an accent on retention, upsell strategies, and mitigating churn. Focus on demonstrating software solutions, coaching merchants for business growth, and negotiating contracts to maximize business.

Location: This is a hybrid position (within the Netherlands). Remote-friendly, but must live in the Netherlands/be open to moving to the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of health and fitness industry customers.
  • Engage in high-velocity outbound prospecting for upsells, renewals, and cross-sells.
  • Track opportunities within Salesforce.com to achieve monthly targets.
  • Demonstrate software solutions from core products to upgrades.
  • Coach merchants to grow their business with tailored recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in a high-velocity B2B (SMB) environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner and experience selling over the phone.
  • Fluent Dutch speaker and fluent English level.
  • Understanding of the health and fitness industry.
  • Ability to work with a large customer portfolio under pressure.
