What you will do

• Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews promptly and accurately.
• Schedule candidate interviews and handle all candidate logistics.
• Facilitate partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure high-quality work and customer service.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Maintain data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Memphis, TN, United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in people operations or recruiting functions.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
