What you will do

  • Participate in gathering requirements, leading design, and providing guidance on recommendations for the CRM area.
  • Collaborate with the business to propose solutions and enhance current processes, advising on system options, risks, costs, benefits, and impacts.
  • Ensure all systems are aligned with the IT long-term strategy.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions and full cycle configuration for business needs.
  • Set testing strategy, lead end-to-end integration testing, and participate in project and release delivery.
  • Troubleshoot, evaluate, and design corrections for complex incidents.
  • Maintain high functional competency in SAP CRM configuration, staying abreast of trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CRM gathering requirements, configuring, and customizing in CRM Service.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Ibase, SAP CRM Contracts, Service Orders, and SAP CRM Middleware.
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP CRM.
  • Experience with SAP CRM 7.0 best practices in areas of CIC, Sales and Service and Functional Configuration.
  • Experience with CRM – ECC integration for Product, Customer & Contact, Pricing, Transactions and Employee data.
  • Understanding of ABAP code and debugging skills.
  • Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with S/4HANA and SAP FSM.
  • Experience in SolMan - ChaRM.
  • Experience in complex SAP environments, supporting multiple SAP components.
  • Experience working on customer FIORI and customer Mobile applications.
