Location: This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client office in Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA. Not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: $112,500–$132,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end SAP RAR implementations, including migration and integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM.
- Design and configure RAR processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15/16 and revenue recognition standards.
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and deliver solution enhancements.
- Provide functional leadership for SAP RAR, supporting group reporting and resolving complex integration issues between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Support project management activities including planning, risk management, and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 3 years in SAP RAR.
- Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes, SD/FICO integration, BRIM, IFRS 16, COPA, and revenue recognition.
- Experience in solution design and configuration across RAR, SD, and FI/CO modules.
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering best-practice solutions.
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore model and managing global stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation and executive presentations.

- Prior experience in high-tech or software industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or CPA or equivalent certification.
