What you will do

• Lead and mentor sales teams across business development, sales, alliances, sales ops, and customer success.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow hirify.global’s market presence in ASEAN.
• Recruit, train, and support Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain sales forecasts and report on team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and legal to drive revenue.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and build strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of sales management experience with proven success in enterprise and G2K organizations.
• Experience selling cloud software and digital transformation programs in the ASEAN market.
• Proven ability to close 6/7 figure ACV multi-year contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
